    the first time i removed it it was floating and the second time there was props going up to the billboard on the poll

    the first time it was the same without the poll's. secont time it was 100% the same!!!

    no the first time i came in there was no poles it was floating next to the wall so i removed it and the second time you have posted there was a prop going up to the billboard floating there coming off of the other props
