    well im once who has not downloaded phx but the lag is crazy it laged when i whent in to the nexus a few days ago from the pepole useing phx and the mayor hid UNDER a phx thing abd that laged like hell and from what the picture ive seen its more combine then real life rp

    well, let's face it : phx is used for two reasons :

    -make a huge ugly base with a minimum of props
    -cover windows.

    i strongly doubt these two reasons are enough to keep them.

    however, i saw solid building a small house with one of those phx that looks like a small house already.
