Cuz if not it's just a number and can be ignored  i defintely notice it but i think i have found out my problem its my damn internet provider......they try to just say yeah everything is fine and they say they dont know why your getting connection and you should get better connection....and lol there was an actual protest in front of my internet provider so this proves it is almost definetly my internet provider....
