Boris, under no exception can the mayor or police endorse contraband; if anyone did something that warranted a ban, it was you, and you further amplified this by banning him for no real reason.

If in some wierd situation you thought it fair to have the contraband there with the police around; you should never ban him for doing his job; you should have simply pulled him to one side and explained why it was there and why he did not need to destroy it. I see no reason to ban him here.

As for the "Damn quern, never like(d) him" letting your personal bias into an administrative decision is awful; just because you do no like someone you should judge them no harsher than anyone else. Everyone is to be judged on equal standards. How often do you make decisions like this?

In my eyes I see Quern did no wrongs, and Boris made an unfair ban. If I have not seen the whole story, however, I apologise in advance - but as it stands, Boris is in the wrong.

Having only recently got admin, you need to be on top of your game; don't let things like this happen again.
