It were issues with dual and quad core computers. They now fixed it and the result is already a little better. The lag still remains but in fewer portions. They are currently working on the PC update.

Before I go and get the game in Asda- tell me, are all copies locked to steam? I.e, when you put in the disk, steam starts, and when you play it says in-game ....

Steam validation I assume you mean? And yes It is locked to steam accounts as far as Im aware.
