Might be something that could be worked in.
The arrest system will be manual; this means no warrants or teleporting arrest baton. You will be escorted to jail (tied up) after commiting an offence, you may be dragged there unconscious if you resist (which would be a stupid thing to do). You will be in jail for as long as the highest ranking Official currently on the server sees fit.
I can't see why a judgement system couldn't be implemented as a more formal way of administering a sentance.

What i find hard in these types of servers is finding something to do so you can actually rank up.
at the lowest level you end up just walking around doing NOTHING. There should be more lowerclass jobs and you should be able to apply for them.
In my perfect world... The sun would be a strobe light.
I realy like this job system, but if we'r playing in a own made map, we should have smuggle routes for illigal people and goods.
And if this is a serious rp, you need to introduce yourself if you meet somone and give your telephone number for pm'ing etc.
and we could use a radio man for a public radio, but you'v to purchase a radio to listen to it and cellphones etc.
and we could use a Newspaper man or something wich get payed to put adverts etc in newspapers etc.
and we should make less guns and more expensive, because evryboddy is just rdm at the lite rp. If this hard rp comes, i'm only playing on that .

i support this idea for 100%, it would make the sevrer much more nice. but only if donators can use theyre physgun and toolgun.
