Thread: Busted by cops.

Ok, so can anyone tell me if this is a bullshit reason to be threatened for jail?
 
   So I was walking with a friend to my girlfriends party, then I see a white car behind me and I am thinking shit... It was a cop. He stops us so I say "Whatsup sir?" He does the regular rundown of questions like name, ssn, birthdate, and where do I live. I answered all of them. He asks what i was out for so I just said going back to my house. He says ok then, want a ride? So of course I said no and then he said it was not a question. I got in the cop car and was being kind of a dick to him because I was a little high at the time asking him if he has every done frontflips through a 711 to stop a robbery, he did not laugh at all, he just told me to shut up. I went home which was about a 4 minute drive because he decided to blow off every stop sign on the way their in the suburbs where I live. Once home I had to wake my dad up so the cop could sign some shit. Now I am grounded at home for being out after curfew at the age of 17. Would be cool if I was 12, but this is just gay. I was 4 days away from my birthday at the time. He decided to give me a 70$ fine and put it on my record because I already had a record. He judged my past and instead of giving a warning he gave me another mark on my record.

 Anyone else thinks this is a bullshit reason, or are the cops just too damn uptight?

note: Cops do not like to be talked back to. Doing so is a fucking ******** idea.

Well this is not Kuromiku's shitty server where you go at a combine and you just say "hello" and he beats the crap out of you and puts you in jail for 30-40 mins. Cops should be like real cops

This is real life Rux, not a game. He was not referring to the server.

Going out after curfew is against the law and cops have been down the road too. Acting like they are stupid just makes them angry because they have probably done some of the things that you do when they were kids (They have been down the road before). Talking back to him just made him get the, I'll show him attitude. Your supposed to be quite and polite duing these situations.

I think the server you are talking about is Serious HL2 RP server. As it is HL2 themed roleplay, combines are supposed to be that way.

Back to the subject -> I live in finland and cops are nothing like that here. Infact i have couple of times avoided from getting a fine by just talking.

If you took a minute to read the LAWS. You would have found it said "Never approach the combine"....

There is some good RP going on there. Just because you have a severe case of high cranial density does not mean something sucks.

If "SERIOUS RP" is not your thing, read the server title better next time.
