Other peoples models were fine funnily.
If the server doesn't support the model, then it can't be used/shown on another player's screen.
So it was your gmod installation/problem/whatever.
It kinda looks like the gman from hl1, without the textures...

There is a team, called Unconnected / connecting, its a yellow team without player models, so they will turn up like this. For some reason, five0two failed to automaticly change to the citizen team :/
