Concerning cars and /me actions

As you know, it's just god damn easy to get out of a car, and to get in.
Problem is when you take someone as a hostage in a car, he just can get out as he wishes. Or as a matter of fact, you, the driver, can get out just as easily.

So i was thinking, make it so there's a delay when going out, a-la weapon unholstering on the beta server, and also make it so you can NOT get out when the door is locked because if you tried to get out of a LOCKED car, in the real life, you'd have to unlock it or open the window and jump through it.
inb4 gonna make car stealing easier.

Also, with the /me actions, you can't use them when you tripped or when you're sleeping. i can understand when you tripped, but when you're sleeping, if you want to act as if you're tossing, you can't.
also, when you tripped to act as if you fainted or you're feeling bad, it's too bad you can't do things like /me holds his stomach or /me moves furiously in pain

I second this, I love to trip and be cought, where I would after a trip say /me wriggles to get up quickly, but falls again, where one would stand over me, keeping me down ea.
