Seekers Of Faith

A man stands before a alter, dressed in a black robe, taking a handkerchief to his forehead, wiping off beats of sweat from his forehead, he closes his eyes as he speaks.
“Good people have you ever looked out on the city streets and only see Chaos and evil roaming it, seeing the innocent being slaughtered for no other reason than being in the wrong place at the wrong time, does it make you angry, sad, or upset?” He looks around the crowd, before speaking again he grips the alter, shaking his head.

“ All these acts harm the Creation, the Essence of life itself!” “Creation is what makes us human, it is a force of good and has two enemies, one is evil, evil seeks to twist creation to its will, to make it serve its own purpose. “ the mans tone grows angry. “Creation has one more enemy and it is Chaos. Chaos could be the more dangerous of a foe for it only seeks to destroy Creation.” The man takes a breath and had a drink from a nearby glass of water. “ If either one of these forces harm Creation, this city will burn make no mistake, your loved ones will suffer is this is allowed to continue, reject both and lead pure lives!” he speaks, taking one more breath he looks around before speaking again his voice in a softer tone. “ I am Kirshbia, Arch-Prelate to the Seekers Of Faith, while evil and chaos seek to harm creation, I seek to protect it. I am a peaceful man and joining us does not mean that you will be fighting, helping the innocent, providing food, and other simple tasks are ways to protect creation. We are a peaceful coven, we fight to protect ourselves. So I ask, are you with me?” the man smiles as he extends his hand to the crowd.

Rules.

1. Do not kill randomly, if you find a man that you think deserves death(Selling drugs, hitmen, killing, taking hostages, ect.) tell a higher up(A prelate or myself, would be nice however you will know when you join who can assign a purge so you can ask them.)

2. Do not kill out of hate or for vengeance, we are not cold blooded killers nor hitmen.

3. Protect the innocent, if a area is swarmed with Chaos offer to help someone stuck in the crossfire to get away or perhaps into safety even into one of our chapter houses.(In the very lease get them away.)

4. Get use to passive RP.(Read rule 2 for the we are not cold blooded killers.)

5. Do not beg for a promotion, we will keep a watch on your progress and decide what is best for you.( you have the right to deny a promotion at any time.)

Other information.

1. Chapter Houses, Chapter Houses are our base, we rest in them and we are safer in them all members are welcome to bring a guest in if they wish, it has basic defenses so we can fight off attackers if need be. However they exist as a place to relax. (Do not kill seven cops and hide out in it expecting that we will protect you, we will punish you in those types of cases.)

2.Rite of Purging: Did you witness something and you know the police can’t do a thing about it, speaking to one of the prelates is the best way to go. If you are new you will need to show us proof. (a screen shot or something) and we will send someone out to conduct a Rite of Purging. We don’t just go pew pew, you will have to come watch and see for yourself.

 2.b Non-combat members will be warned before a purge so that they can get to safety.

Note: To Newcomers, YOU WILL NEVER DO A RITE OF PURGING BY YOURSELF, you will witness it at first and when we feel it is time to let you do one you will be asked.
 
Application
If you want to join the SOF, you only need to fill out a application and wait. I’ll take to some of the more trusted members and decide.

Arch-Prelate. (AP)
Head of the Seekers it is his task to guide the young students onwards. To judge when it is time for promotion, He will sometimes fight and do a rite of purging, however he more enjoys writing sermons. (Taken)

Prelate of Elyisum: The right hand man of the AP, he is the top warrior of the seekers and shows no fear to his foes, he up holds the power of order. In general this person must give off a cold feel but have a softer side only shown to his kin, in the safety of the chapter house.(Taken.)

Prelate of Lysta: The left hand of the AP, a gentle man with the desire to teach, much softer then his Elyisum friend, shows a mastery of the teachings that rivals the Arch-Prelate,  this prelate tends to dislike fighting however will defend himself. Will seldom due the rite of purging because he believes most can be redeemed. (Taken)  

NOTE: Both Prelates may have an assistant on the terms that he isn’t disclosed to the rest of the group.  Only the AP and both prelates may know about him/her, they also don’t have to take one.

Crusaders
The fighting force of the Seekers, they are trusted to handle purges, they give as good as they get. They show loyalty to the AP and the Prelate of Elysium. (Note, this part is going to be kept small, The prelate of Lysta agreed with me in thinking too much pew pew isn’t fun.)
  
 Evangelists (<3 <3 <3  )
Those that have shown respect for the teaching and have almost mastered them, these are the softer side of our group, they preach, aid the poor, and speak to the public. They take a disliking to the violence, but they will defend themselves.

Seekers
All students become Seekers at some point. During this time with we encourage them to start showing interest in the Evangelists or the Crusaders. They retain basic knowledge of the tenets and our teachings. (can’t be the assistant to either prelate.)

Student
A newcomer to the Seekers of Faith, gains the chapter house password and the fellowship of his fellow seekers. They learn and become Seekers at some point.

i would approach in a civiliased manner and ask him why he did it and if he doesnt give a good reason ill spread it all over evocity so everyone knows his corruption
