Cop reqruitment.

Alright, i'm getting tired of fail cops rkoing and rdming for weapons, and the admins banning and blacklisting them isn't enough. There should be a system that when if you want to be a cop, you don't just press F1, click cop and BOOM, you're a cop, you can do anything if the admins aren't around.   

   Instead, we should make it that if you want to become a cop, you need to apply for it at the forums.

That way, mingebags can't really abuse cop. And if they do, they should be blacklisted. I am sick and tired of cops that don't rp, always break nlr, and rdm.

In my opinion, it's absolutely necessary.

And with all due respect to clown, you being one of the higher admins on this server means you don't really have to deal with the cop abusers the way us normal folk do, if someone were to hit you with stunstick and just go "lol" you can just give them a kick, blacklist, etc so I see why the whitelist may not seem like such a good idea through your eyes.
But for us, when theres no admins on and cops are killing people just for being rebels while mayors run around car jacking corvette owners, the whitelist

I'm not the only one sick of these people with down sydrome going cop and turning the server into CSS

The community has spoken it seems.
For this to work, we will need Drewley to make something for the forum that means that you can only post in a forum by submitting a form (somewhat like how Kuro's does it) in order to have less *******. (This will also be rather useful for (un)ban requests and admin abuse reports)
One catch: Everyone that has posted in this thread will have to submit an application, and if they pass, always go police until there are enough people for there to always be police, because no police = shit.
