zip cuffs. Cops should have zip cuffs available.
 A lot of times when you stun someone with a gun and the mayor doesnt respond quick enough the suspects wakes up, runs off and shoots the cop or escapes. I always use ropes but they take long and those fucking citizens crowding around always untie them. (If i knock them out they spam rko or get me demoted) Handcuffs should: Only work on KO people. (prevents abuse(kinda)) Be applied twice the rate of rope. Take twice or longer to untie. (maybe cops can do this faster) Be handed out to every cop. |
