Proof: The entire fucking server saw him announce in OOC that he connected JUST to kill us. Amongst the witnesses, Tango, A Tablespoon of Cinnamon, ||VM:RP||Yuskolov.

The story goes as follows:
I had decided to hatch a plan, to revive Imperium, we figured that we'd force our former members out of Jotade's new clan, "Carpe Diem". Noteven 10 minutes had gone by, and me and Cinnamon hostaged Tango and Yuskolov, bringing them back into our folds. We decided Nizzlefizzle and Rusty Shackelford would be next, so we went to the Carpe Diem base, where only Nizzle was to be found (We didn't raid them, Nizzle let us in). As we were about to hostage Nizzle, cops decided to attack us. (GREAT FUCKING TIMING), Nizzle crashed, cops fell to our hail of bullets. We decided Rusty would be next (Now, Rusty wasn't originally in Carpe Diem, but the original plan was to "annex" Carpe Diem, something we figured was insane, and we hadn't seen it done before, so we decided to be a first), we moved our base to the bar, where we called Rusty to the bar, no threats, just a friendly calling, telling him it was a party, after 3-5 requests for him to come to the Bar, we figured he was stalling, seconds later, Jota pops into the server, and we're being shot at by Rusty and Jotade, there was no raid announcement or anything, and I'm not too sure who fired first, but next thing I know, Rusty decided to kill himself with a tripmine, and Jota comes running in shooting at us, I called him out in OOC about not announcing raid, I got big "Fuck you Demon"'s in OOC, We all knew there was metagaming going on, as there was no reason for him to come raid us, at least no reason he gathered in character. Yusk runs to the corner of the room, and I'm shooting at Jota, I shot him countless times in the chest (He didn't die...A whole clip into his chest from a USP..whut) He kills me, takes my USP, Perhaps 30 seconds at most later, I see that Jota teleports, and Yusk calls out on OOC asking why he teleported away, as Jota was being shot at, Jota claims he was stuck, but I suspect he only teleported away to avoid death. The son of a bitch was cvocky enough to admit only to come onto the server just to kill us, seconds later, the dick logs off.

I call for his immediate removal of Moderation powers, and a temp ban from the server.

His Mod status is pending.

Yeh, The main Admin abuse I saw him doing was as he was running away after killing demon tango etc, I shot him, was about to kill him and he teleported away. After I said in OOC, he said "I got out of my car and I was stuck" Boris came, but sadly I do not have any proof, as it was the last thing I expected a Mod to do.

I think many ppl agree with you demon. He is a minge and a admin abuser. Hope he loses his admin status

Let's start:

First of all, don't start insulting me, nor here, nor in the server, nor anywere, I haven't insulted you so I see no reason for you to do so.

I got news of some of my members starting killing each other and hostaging each other, the ones were Yuskolov and Tango. So I got pretty pissed of when the people that you trust and invite them in, just spit on your trust and decide to hurt other people just by been in a clan (Carpe Diem) wich is peacefull and we just hang around, take meetings and have a laugh together. We had no problems with ANY clan, until now.

It's funny though, 3 of the high ranks of Imperium joined saying that Imperium is no more, it's inactive and ''You're probably a better leader than Demon anyway''. Then the next day they do this.

You clearly stated there that you invited Rusty to come over, for a so called party, then decided to hostage him. So, what's the reason for that? Been in Carpe Diem, that's the only reason. So I got there, Ralazo came shortly after since I told him that there was a gunfight at the BAR. At first I didn't see Rusty, I saw 2 rebels with guns out. I parked my car, and becouse it was locked, when I went to get out I spawned inside the ground (Bug that you get when your in those grassy areas). I teleported once to get unstuck, but I was still partially stuck since I teleported into a hill, the rebels started shooting at me, but I was still stuck so I teleported.

Notice: I didn't teleport far away, I just teleported 2 metres away from were I was, still been visible to the rebels. I had my kevlar on and my 5-7, so I pulled it out. I went through the sides, crouched. I saw them far away, they saw me and started shooting, I shot back and it went on for about 20 seconds. After that they retreated into the BAR. I saw Rusty then, he wasn't even tied. He told me ''Wait I'll put a trip mine, cover me'', So he went in, but the door shut on me and I don't know how the tripmine just blew, and when I opened the door he was dead, and people shooting at me.

I went inside the BAR, shooting one of them (Tango I think) and another person who's name I can't remember. I went forward, having a shootout with Demon. Then I saw Yuskolov, but he was crouched and unnarmed, so I stop firing, and let him go, flashing him twice with my lantern as a sign of ''Don't worry''. He left. Then Demon, I don't know how, appeard ontop of me, and started shooting, so did I. Both of us wasted a whole clip on each other, or tried to anyway.
Finally Demon died, and I was badly hurt (Thank god for the Kevlar). I then went outside, when Boris asked me why I raided and such, but I had to go, I needed to make the food for tomorrows party and my parents were yelling at me. So I left, made the Quiche and left it in the oven (It ended up burnt, fail Quiche).

I remember demon saying ''At least yell raid''. I wasn't raiding, I wasn't going into their base just to smash some contra up. Infact, I didn't even know it was their base and that there were a lot of people in it, and a hell of a lot of props. I was pretty pissed off at their behaviour, treating my people like they were shit, hostaging them and killing them, and to do this off course, raiding the base.

So this isn't a ''Let's raid here becouse he killed my friend'' thing, this is a ''Let's raid here becouse they are Carpe Diem'' So really, it was a kinda OOC/IC thing. I went there, found Rusty that had been held at gun point and was still furious. I went in and killed you all with a 5-7, except Yuskolov, that was unnarmed and was crouching.

Xzizt, I have punished you MANY times becouse of your failure to RP, RDM'ing, stealing peoples car, random raiding... And MANY complaints. If you call me abusing for punishing you for your Agaisnt the rules actions, then I think you should consider your vocabulary.

Yusko, you didn't even hit me when I was going away, Infact, I didn't even know it was you, I didn't except someone who I just forgave his life comming back to try and kill me.

First of all, Rusty didn't even have a gun, he didn't have anything since he thought he was going to a ''party''. The only thing he did was go in to place a tripmine, wich ended up blowing in his face for reasons I really don't know.

Metagaming? I went black market dealer to get some Kevlars (Becouse of this story of them raiding us), went to the corner, passed Big hells (Didn't want to spawn 10 kevlars in middle of the road), when I started hearing a few gunshots, faded gunshots. You all know that Black market dealers spawn near the bar. So I got my kevlar on, my ammo and my 5-7 out. I went with my corvette to investigate when 2 of your guys shot me just as I got near, then I told Ralazo that there was a big gunfight near Bar.

I only see in console about the conversation you had with Rusty and me connecting and disconnecting. And I didn't say in OOC ''Fuck off Demon'', I didn't mention Demon in any of my OOC's.

You got your guys to your side of the story, I would like to call some of mine so they can give their side, wich I think is only fair.

You're still not that good an admin. I remember playing at a friend on his account, I punched you once and you banned me(can't remember for how long time). The friend I was playing at was Danish Battle Power for your information.

Nizzle was with me and you guys asked for a proper talk as he first wanted to talk to you true the fence. He let you in and you guys pulled guns. Me and Nizzle went upstairs. I yelled several times that I ment no harm and was just in the base.
I went down to check and got shot in the head.

After that I herd a call of shootings at the bar, I went to check it out founding Jotade stuck in the ground near his car. He teleported a few times.

And now when they go rage about Admin abuse they raid our base again by like 5-10 members. I again and several other people get killed and what they say is: "We killed those Carpe Diem suckers again!'' in OOC. We never did anything to any clan, I see no fucking reason to raid us everytime.

TGD, I've seen you lockpicking cars as a citizen, killing people as a citizen, RAIDING, as a citizen, and, most of all, running people down a LOT of times. Plus countless complaints of people. When you punched me, I was probably so sick of people complaining about you, the many times that I have banned/kick you, that I didn't want to take any more bullshit from you. If it were any other player who behaves well, nothing would of happened really, but since it was the usual minge who gets banned every day, it's different.
