Thread: Banned for 150 hrs for calling someone a cunt?

Ban Length: 140 hrs or 150, I don't remember. It's 137 at time of writing.
Admin who banned you: I didn't really get a good luck at it.
Why we should unban you: All I did was call someone an unfunny cunt cause they made a dumb meme joke in OOC. Maybe it was over the line if it WAS an admin as other people say, but I didn't know the infraction was this severe. I'm sorry?

Why? Where's the rule that says if you insult an admin you get an outrageously long ban?
I didn't even know he was an admin. Wow, if you guys are this severe on new players, how long do you think your playerbase will hold out?

There is a rule and it's common sense to respect the admins that put time into this server to keep it fun for other players.

Some of them are genuinely helpful, but really, others just want to use their powers to make their own playtime more enjoyable. I spent an hour or two getting a bunch of stolen cars for this group of admins' "clan" or whatever (they wouldn't let me play that job if I didn't so I just went along with it) and they just randomly killed me and changed me to rebel.

Stuff like this is very unprofessional and doesn't promote a fun time for your players.

Neither does stealing other cars without IC reason, you may have broken the Meta-Gaming Rule.

I had an IC reason. The admin people kept telling me to "get some stuff for our group" ingame, and when I said no, and that I just wanted to play, they demoted me..?

But anyways, I digress. The point is that 150 hours for calling someone a name, when I've seen other players and admins do it and not get punished at all, isn't fair to me.
