I want to take this space to apologize to the admins for being an ass to them at times, I thought about what you said and you're right

well, they could use the new /fallover command that doesn't require movement and should eject you like a ragdoll out of a wall, and with the 2s of godmode ragdolls get, this should prevent untimely demise due to crashing into the ground.
If they want to, they could engage admin mode for something like that, but it would be advised against.
