What if we don't eat then we could get diseases. This would make alot of things better for everyone. I think the doctors class should also mix pharmaceuticals.

Like:
Doctor mixes Medicine with flavoring and sugar to make Anzithromycine an antibiotic.

Also I would love to add taste buds so just like in real life i can go BLAH in the servers after I take medicines (they really do taste bad).

for the most part YES!!! because i love that mod and all i would do is cook for people and build an epic house.

and maybe an OM NOM NOM sound to eating for shits n giggles.

and dont forget addictions to drugs. they would be like diseases but would worsen over time. and an expensive rehab plan would force you to watch you intake. If we could implement illigal drugs that actually benefit you in some way that would give black market dealers more to do.

and the gun casings and stuff like that, I think that is a little too complicated for this RP.

For the doctor: what about breaking a leg when you fall down and take damage? A broken leg would result in a 50% speed loss or something, which can be cured by a doctor.

Unless you buy oxiclean ******* detergant. Breaking a leg would stop you all together.

Well it's still a game heh :-). See it as making sleep realistic (which could mean that you're out for 8 hours if you fall asleep), that would ruin the actual use of sleeping...
