Offence Commited:this is wat went down. we raided elkinda everything proper went up /y raid. we kill some of them they kill some of us. they have this guy not in there base but outside just driving around in a blue corvette CDMing, some of our people came back (they are dumb) he banned our ppl for the nlr and but he didnt ban his friend for CDM.

Proof: in this video, the driver of the car admits he was hitting us outside of the base. and elkinda does nothing about it.

Dont think of him as just an admin. think of him of a player which has the rights to enforce the rules and ban ppl disobeying the rules.

The rules are decided by the admins in question, in this situation, the car was being used in a way that was not griefing, but defending a base.

I'd just like to hear the raiding reason.

And also, one of the hardest things the goverment face, is to make laws. Why you might wonder, and that's because you want to hit one group of people with them (ect people who intentionally dose somthing to harm people that are innecent), but don't hit the normal citizen. In Denmark, it is illegal to carry a knife, but imagine beeing a fisherman, whitout a knife, or a boy-scout, or a normal crafts man. My point is, that the rules should be taken witha a pinch of salt (if i'm not all wrong), as what they clearly want to prevent, is people running other people over randomly.

I am not sure about this, but that's just how I see it.

Rules are a base for us admins/mods to use and base our decisions upon them.

Yeah, fair judgement, common sence, and atleast half a brain, among other things is all you need! It's why admins/mods are chosen carefully by the VM founders.

Although I'm not sure I possess half a brain... me think.

I just don't think it's fair that we got banned, me and tweek where banned for breaking nlr even thought we where in our own spawn, he banned our members for breaking nlr so we thought it was only fair that he banned the cdmer no where in the rules does it say its ok that you can cdm when they are raiding you. We have gotten banned for using cars when someone was cdming, all we asked from the admin was to ban that cdmer. C1) Do not purposefully run other players over, you will be blacklisted from using cars. I am not asking the admin to get banned but to do his job fairly. I understand that [KC] is not like which is fine but if we break the rules ban us but when one of your own does it please take action. And Vautaut2 you don't have to be rude.
